Affected System(s):	Backup System
Impact:	The backup system will be unavailable during the upgrade

During this maintenance, on site Service Technician will be upgrading the software on our Backup Clusters in Denver, CO and Phoenix, AZ.
The Datastorage will be but into Read Only Maintenance Mode and will be disconnected during the reboot.

VM/File Backups will be unavailable during the reboot.
VM Snapshots will continue to work and be available as they reside on our Storage Cluster.

White Sands Hosting Support will be kept informed of the progress during the maintenance and will notify you once it is complete.
